Design Principle - Future Imagings
Saturday morning, I arrived at campus to attend a seminar, organized by wREGA/Ms Sherry. The speakers were Chong Yan Chuah, an architect and motion art designer, Pual Koh, a managing director for Kezerk Innovation, and finally Keith Song and Teoh Khah Swee from MosesisM.
Before the briefing starts, Ms Sherry introduced the history of Kreatif Beats. The purpose of Kreatif Beats is to share diverse knowledge of local as well as region information that is within the creative disciplines.

The first speaker was Keith Song, founder of MosesisM. They make handcraft and of metal and Keith talked about the aura and authenticity of the craft.
Next was Chong Yan Chuah, who showed us a video he made about his imagination of the future with different planets and species.
Finally, Paul Koh, he talked a VR (virtual reality) system that his company had made for raising awareness of public safety with technology.
Overall, I think all of the their presentations are interesting because they use what they make for different purposes. For example, Keith made handcraft so that his work would be seen by others. Yan Chuah made a video of the world he imagines come to life with his artwork for people to see his imaginary world. Paul's company made an interactive wall for the people to engage and learn more about the product.
