EXERSICE

Week 2: Gestalt
Fig. 1.1: Sketch 1
Fig. 1.2: Sketch 2
Fig. 1.3: Sketch 3
Fig. 1.4: Sketch 4
I tried a bunch of things to look for inspiration and didn't have anything in mind.

Fig. 1.5: Watermelon Kitty
I thought a watermelon that looks like a cat would do it, but it didn't feel like something I what as gestalt.

Fig. 1.6: Whale and Fish
I didn't really get the idea of gestalt, but after some researching, I kinda get it.

Fig. 1.7: Owl and Wolf Scenery
Fig. 1.8: Sunflower Owl
Fig. 1.9: Fox and Bear
Fig. 1.10: Flower and Fish
I tried to play with images and come up with some of these.
Fig. 2: Finalize Design
In the end, I chose the flower and the fish. I also have made some modifications. The fish is made from the stems of the flowers and I tried to blend the fish in.

FEEDBACK

Week 3: Ms Sherry said that the fish is weird-looking but nicely done and it is naturally there and not out of place.
Also, one of my classmates notice a ''W'' in the flower. I did not notice it until she had said something and I did not intentionally put it there. My name has a "W" and is my initial, it is "WM". If you turn the "W" it is also a "M".
