Contrast:
1. Size - Provides a point to draw readers attention.
2. Weight - The boldness of the type.
3. Form - The distinction between a capital letter and its lowercase equivalent.
4. Structure - The letterform with different kinds of styles such as regular, italic, and blackletter.
5. Colour - To emphasize with different colour.
6. Direction - Turning a word on its side can have a dramatic effect on a layout.
Form - It refers to the work’s style, techniques and media used, and how the elements of design are
implemented. The
Gestalt Psychology:
It refers to the grouping priciples of the Gestalt and how we read it.
1. Proximity

Layout:
1. Spacing
2. Grid
3. Balance
4. Bullets and Numbers
5. Figure, Table and Illustrations
Create a visual hierarchy consist of size, typographic - typeface weight and pairing, colour and tint, space and texture - negative space, composition and leading lines.
Leading lines has 3 types, which is diagonal line, s-shaped and z-shaped.

Environmental composition:
It serve as the compositional foundation that a design centers around. Type as structure can also serve metaphorical purposes and visually represent the text in a way that goes beyond page compositions.
Environmental girds:
Abstracting a series of lines and shapes from a physical site to be used as a grid and use the structure in the image to build a guide for typography.
Alternate methods:
It offers compositional options beyond the traditional grids. The lack of present spatial divisions allows intuition and experimentation. It is inspired by improvisation, axiality and geometry, alternate methids best suits projects with limited text.

Static typography stays in one place, it is mainly used in printing while kinetic typography is moving typeface. Environmental typography employs architectural elements using trees, balls and others. 3D typography adds extra depth for display option. The differences between virtual reality and augmented reality is that virtual reality is the medium of virtual reality to interact using a headset while augmented reality gives us the opportunity to interact space using our hand held devices.
Week 6
Mr Vinod likes the style of the illustration and I tried to think of some inspirations.
While I was looking for inspirations for showing a movement in female designers. A friend showed me a picture (Fig. 4.2) about female power.
The idea of women empowerment is there but the problem was the artwork.
Week 7
I came back with this person again and came up with this. I am not satisfied with this and asked for a feedback from Mr Vinod.
Since I do not have much time, Mr Vinod told me to use it.
I made some adjustment on the poster.

FEEDBACK
Week 6:
General Feedback:
Mr Vinod said that come up with several ideas like making a mind map. He also said no light bulb because it's too general and don't use a black background.
Specific Feedback:
Mr Vinod said that the second picture is interesting but it's lacking. He told me to remove the hat because it looks western and localize it. I could be a female movement also try to relate it to design and bring positive changes/awareness.
Week 7:
General Feedback:
Exercise 1: Mr Vinod said to us to make an outline around the typographic system artwork and make sure that the embedded PDF visible to see.
Exercise 2: Make sure the letters are on a baseline with the JPEG and PDF.
Specific Feedback:
Mr Vinod said to work on the key artwork because the problem is the picture is from other people's work.
I like the effect, I like the effect on the typo and drawing but the idea is does not much reflect the idea behind troublemakers... that is the weakness. We have pretty much run out of time and we just have to go with what you have.
Most of your PDF file for the lecture is not public. You can summarize the lectures as well. No final PDF file for exercise 2 and 3. You can summarize the feedback into paragraph.

REFLECTION
Experience:
Week 5: It is hard for me to create a troublemaker concept.
Week 6: I did not get the meaning of the "troublemakers".
Week 7: I experienced that I still have much to learn at typography.
Observation:
Week 5: Troublemakers have a bad reputation.
Week 6: I have misunderstood "the troublemaker manifesto".
Week 7: I observed that I over complicate my ideas.
Week 7: I observed that I over complicate my ideas.
Findings:
Week 5: Troublemakers are the ones that cause problems for people.
Week 6: Troublemakers Manifesto is to create positive changes.
Week 7: I found that I got the meaning but it's hard to get the ideas.
Having understood the meaning of the troublemakers manifesto, I still have a hard time coming up with an idea. A troublemaker that cause problems to create a positive change in the community, I have misunderstood it from the first week that we were given the project. So, I have delayed my progression on the wrong concept. The next time of making anything, I must first understand the concept.
